I've started a new section on my blog called TYPE-O, which highlights exemplary examples of type work I've seen, most of which are from around town, and are nearly invisible to most.

An acquaintance, one of the bartenders at Bar35 admitted to me that he had not once in his life ever noticed the type on the buildings in Downtown Honolulu. But these examples are not just limited to Downtown; I've found incredible specimens around Iwilei, Nimitz, Kalihi, and even as far as Waipahu. Stay tuned. I try to update these about once a week.
